AUCCI offers intensive training programs for professionals seeking to advance their understanding of the culture and business practices in the Ukraine and US.

CROSS-CULTURAL TRAINING PROGRAM
The cross-cultural program is for local managers and executives who work with expats and need to develop a deeper understanding of the culture, language, history, etiquette, and business values to more effectively manage their employees. This is a 10-week course taught by AUCCI staff. Please send an e-mail titled cross-cultural training information to programs@aucci.org for an updated schedule and fees.
INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENT PROGRAM
The international program is a rigorous course for professionals that will be relocating to the US or Ukraine for trade or investment purposes. This is a deep emersion in all of the topics covered in the cross-cultural program with additional study of regulations, legal practices, economics, labor laws, and trade practices to ensure the fastest transition into the local business environment. This is a 12-week course taught by AUCCI staff. Please send an e-mail titled international assignment training information to programs@aucci.org for an updated schedule and fees.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The internship program is an ideal fit for undergraduate or masters level students with a strong interest in international business. The 2-semester program will immerse each student in all facets of the organization to ensure the greatest benefit in understanding how international trade is facilitated. Each student must be enrolled full-time at an accredited academic institution to receive course credit. All those interested should respond with a cover letter and resume titled internship to programs@aucci.org.
